Cannon Beach, OR Elopement
I’ll say it again and every day that i’m there. PNW holds a special place in my heart!!
When this lovely Bride reached out to me and told me her story about her wedding during Covid I just new I had to take her somewhere special! She bought this beautiful dress for her wedding and because of Covid she didn’t get to wear it for her wedding day. We had made these big plans to head to Cannon Beach at golden hour in her amazing dress and take some bridal pictures. Of course on our way there because its Oregon, it started pouring rain and hailing the whole drive to the coast. We both started to get nervous of course I wanted those dreamy golden hour pictures for her and she didn’t want to ruin her beautiful dress in the rain. So she brought her back up dress just in case. The moment we got there the clouds pushed out over the ocean and the rain stopped for about 30 minutes! It was just enough time to put on her dreamy dress and get some shots!! No we didn’t get golden pictures BUT those clouds over the ocean made for some killer dreamy photos!
Many ask me about the PNW and what if it rains etc. DON’T WORRY I have you covered and WE WILL make it work!! Your pictures will be just as dreamy as you planned!! The PNW is sooo unpredictable with the weather you have to be prepared for it all. I absolutely love shooting in the PNW I will go back a 1000x just to get this pics! Cannon Beach is an amazing elopement location and can make for the perfect romantic feels.
