SUPRISE!! Stunning Engagement at the Grand Canyon

For the first time in more than 15 years, I FINALLY had the opportunity to shoot at the Grand Canyon. If you’ve never been, put it on your bucket list!!! This stunning surprise engagement session was everything I dreamed of when this sweet gentleman first reach out to me.

It was toward the off-season which has pros and cons. First, there weren’t as many tourists and visitors. So the sights were amazing and vacant!! However, the Grand Canyon gets a little brisk at the end of the fall. Originally, these two were going to Vegas to meet up with some friends. They ultimately decided to do a quick day trip first to see the Grand Canyon before heading back home to New York.

The shock on her face when he got down on one knee says it all. We for sure pulled off a surprise proposal to say the least.

To end the evening my beautiful couple had never seen and elk before and a few joined us at the end to say congrats! So of course we had to document it.
