The trees are starting to get a bit of color, but it’s not full summer yet. It sits right in that in-between stage, and one of the best times for adventure elopements out here. That’s part of its charm. 

Flagstaff adventure elopements in the spring are a little quieter. Things are just beginning to wake up, and there are fewer people around. Which is a HUGE plus as it’s a really good time for a more intimate elopement.

It’s just you, moving through it at your own pace. But the weather will definitely spice things up! 

You might start your Arizona elopement with a clear sky and end up with clouds rolling in, light rain, and fog weaving through the trees like it has somewhere to be. And instead of it throwing everything off, it shifts the whole mood in a way you didn’t see coming.

The vibrant color doesn’t last forever, and weekends tend to bring more visitors into the area. Not everywhere, but enough that you’ll want to be mindful of the places you go and when. But when it hits, it hits. And we LOVE her for it. 

Flagstaff in the fall has a way of slowing things down, while allowing you to just be with your person. You’re moving through it at a pace that allows you to take it all in.

Winter is where Flagstaff switches it all up again. There’s snow everywhere, and the forest is quieter in the coolest way. The whole area feels contained and private. When you choose to elope in Flagstaff in the winter, it’s not about hitting all the spots; you’re chasing the atmosphere. 

Winter is when you pick a place and hang out there for a while. And that changes how everything feels. You and your partner may move a little slower, taking it all in. No rush to wrap up a conversation, unless you’re like, “okay, wait, I can’t feel my fingers anymore.”
